  • Payment data: handled by payment processors; we do not store card details.
  • Content: levels, tracks, server names and related metadata.

  • Provide and maintain the service (GDPS, dashboard, API).
  • Security, moderation, abuse prevention.
  • Product analytics and improvements.
  • Legal compliance (e.g., retaining certain logs or invoices).

4. Legal Bases

  • Contract performance: create and operate your account, deliver the service.
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, improvement.
  • Legal obligations: retain certain data for compliance/security.
  • Consent: only where required (e.g., non-essential cookies).

5. Data Sharing

  • Vendors (hosting, databases, analytics) as needed to run the service.
  • Payment processors for transactions.
