Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1 Agreement. By accessing or using the services provided by Rigby.host ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
• 1.2 No acceptance, no use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

• 2.1 Service scope. Rigby.host provides hosting solutions for Geometry Dash Private Servers (GDPS), dashboards, and related tools/APIs.
• 2.2 Plans. We may offer free and paid plans with varying capabilities, limits, and features.
• 2.3 Changes. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

3. External GDPS Submissions (Domain Requirements)

If you submit an External GDPS entry (including but not limited to: domain/URL, name, description), you agree to comply with the following requirements:

• 3.1 Valid domain. The submitted domain/URL must be valid, real, and resolvable, including a valid top-level domain (TLD) and correct DNS records.
• 3.2 Accessibility. The submitted domain/URL must be accessible over HTTP or HTTPS at the time of review.
• 3.3 Ownership or authorization. You must have the legal right to use and represent the submitted domain/URL, either through ownership or explicit authorization.
• 3.4 Prohibited domains. Placeholder, test, or nonsensical domains (including but not limited to example.com, test, localhost) are strictly prohibited.
• 3.5 Abuse of the system. Submitting non-existent domains, domains without a TLD, or domains belonging to third parties without permission is considered abuse of the External GDPS system.
• 3.6 Enforcement. We may reject or remove any External GDPS submission (automated or manual review), including to prevent abuse, fraud, or policy violations. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions, account suspension, or other measures at our discretion.

4. Account Evasion and Multiple Accounts

• 4.1 Ban evasion. Creating or using additional accounts to bypass any suspension, restriction, limitation, or ban is strictly prohibited.
• 4.2 Linked accounts. Accounts reasonably determined to be linked (including shared identifiers, technical fingerprints, or behavior patterns) may be subject to the same restrictions or penalties.
• 4.3 Enforcement. If ban evasion or restriction circumvention is detected, we may permanently suspend all related accounts.

5. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content (levels, music, comments, server names, descriptions) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via our service. You agree not to use the service to:

• 5.1 Illegal or harmful content. Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• 5.2 Service disruption. Hinder or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
• 5.3 Legal violations. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• 5.4 Malware. Upload malicious software, viruses, exploits, or any code of a destructive nature.
• 5.5 Security abuse. Attempt to probe, scan, test, bypass, or compromise the Service or its security without written permission.

6. User Content & License

• 6.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of content you upload.
• 6.2 License to operate. You grant Rigby.host a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical processing), display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• 6.3 Removal. We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

7. Abuse Reports & Notice-and-Action

If you believe content or a server violates these Terms or the law, you can report it.

• 7.1 Where to report. Send reports to abuse@rigby.host.
• 7.2 What to include. Provide the exact location/identifier (URL, server ID, content ID), a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, links).
• 7.3 Our actions. We may remove or restrict access to content, suspend accounts/servers, and preserve evidence/logs for security and compliance.
• 7.4 False reports. Repeated knowingly false or abusive reports may result in restrictions.

8. Copyright Complaints

• 8.1 Reporting. Send copyright complaints to abuse@rigby.host with enough information to identify the allegedly infringing content and your claim.
• 8.2 Repeat infringers. We may terminate accounts/servers that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

9. Paid Plans, Billing, and Refunds

• 9.1 Billing. Paid plans (if available) may be billed in advance on a recurring basis, unless otherwise stated.
• 9.2 Taxes and fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by law.
• 9.3 Refunds. Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
• 9.4 Non-payment. We may suspend or downgrade accounts for failed payments or overdue balances.

10. Privacy

• 10.1 Privacy Policy. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
• 10.2 Privacy requests. For data requests (access, deletion, etc.), contact privacy@rigby.host.

11. Termination

• 11.1 Right to terminate. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• 11.2 Content and logs. We may remove content and may retain certain logs/evidence for security, compliance, and dispute resolution.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 12.1 As-is basis. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• 12.2 No warranties. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• 12.3 Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or that data loss will never occur.

13. Limitation of Liability

• 13.1 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigby.host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

14. Changes to These Terms

• 14.1 Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the current version.
