2. Description of Service

Rigby Host provides hosting solutions for Geometry Dash Private Servers (GDPS). We offer both free ("SPIKE") and paid ("FIGHT") plans with varying capabilities.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content (levels, music, comments) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via our service. You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Hinder or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Upload malcious software, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rigby Host makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rigby Host be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
